The Short Version
Sellers can offer services (aka "Gigs") on 5DollarGigs.com
Gigs on 5DollarGigs.com are offered for a fixed price of $5, $10, $20, $30, $50, $75 or $100 (United States Dollars)
Only registered users can buy and sell on 5DollarGigs.com, Registration is free!
You may not offer or accept payments using any method other than placing an order through 5DollarGigs.com. Gigs should be ordered using the 'Order Now' button.
Buyers are granted all rights for the delivered work, unless otherwise specified by the seller in the gig description.
No adult, warez, or illegal services/products!

The Long Version
Sellers
Each gig you sell and successfully deliver, accredits your account for the full amount of the Gig. We are not charging a fee. Zip, Zero until January 2012 and then we will be charging only 10%. Wow FREE Now until January 2012 & then only 10%!
Buyers pay 5DollarGigs.com for orders in advance.
5DollarGigs.com accredits sellers once an order is complete.
Sellers may withdraw their revenues to a PayPal account of their choice, according to the terms specified below.
If an order is cancelled (for any reason), the seller's revenues are returned to the buyer.
Seller's rating is calculated based on feedback received from buyers, amount of orders cancelled and late deliveries.
No direct payments for gigs bought and sold on 5DollarGigs.com are allowed.
All material posted on this site must be original and the owner of the poster; no copyrighted, adult audience, violent content or offensive material will be allowed.
Posting any prohibited content or disobeying the above rules will result in your account being permanently terminated.
Please do not post more than 5 consecutive gigs. If you post more than 5 consecutive gigs they will not be approved and can be deleted.

Handling orders
When a buyer orders a gig, the seller gets notified by Email.
Sellers are required to meet the delivery duration they specified when creating their gigs. Failing to do so will permit the buyer to cancel the order and will reduce the seller's rating.
Both buyers and sellers have the option to cancel an order by mutual agreement. Doing so has no negative effect on either party.
Unanswered mutual cancellation requests will be automatically accepted after 48 hours, while reducing the non-responding user's rating.
A Seller may cancel an order at any given moment. However, canceling an order has a negative effect on the seller's rating.

Staying out of trouble
To protect our users' privacy, user identities should be kept anonymous. Requesting or providing Email addresses, Skype/IM usernames or any other personal contact details (Other than your name) is not permitted.
All communications, information and files exchange should be performed exclusively using 5DollarGigs.com’s messaging system.
Posting or sending adult, illegal, rude, abusive, improper, copyright protected, promotional, spam, violent, nonsense or any uncool stuff is strictly prohibited. Doing so will get your account blocked permanently.

Work delivery & communications
You are responsible to scan all transferred files for viruses and malware. 5DollarGigs.com will not be responsible for any damages which might occur due to site usage, use of content or files transferred.
Sellers must deliver completed files and/or proof of work using the 'Deliver Completed Work' tab (located in the Order Page).
Once work is delivered, the buyer has three days to respond. After that time, the order will be marked as complete.

Withdrawing revenues
An active Paypal account is required to receive payments from 5DollarGigs.com
Funds are available for withdrawal 14 days after they are deposited in your account. There is a 2% fee of the total withdraw sum. Paypal charges the withdraw fee and 5DollarGigs.com does not make money of it.
To be eligible for withdrawal, you must have a minimum balance of $50.00 If you do not reach the minimum amount of $50 within 30 days of the last payment and would still wish to withdraw your funds, you can submit a contact request and your funds will be processed manually.
Make sure your Paypal email address on account is correct and check the correct box, as withdrawals are final and can't be reversed.

Buyers
Ordering gigs
Gigs may be purchased using a Credit Card or PayPal.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be created.
If you have a positive balance of $5 or more, it will be used automatically when ordering new gigs.
As a buyer, your identity is kept anonymous at all times. To protect your privacy, avoid requesting or providing Email addresses, Skype/IM usernames or any other personal contact information.
You may not offer or pay using any method of payment other than 5DollarGigs.com's.
You may not pay other users directly using their PayPal account. In case you have been asked to use an alternative payment method, please report it immediately here.
Avoid filing a dispute or reversing a payment through PayPal or your bank. Doing so may get your account blocked.
In case of a problem, always try and work things out with your seller. If you need further assistance, contact our customer support here.
Order cancellations (when eligible) can be done by customer support only up to a period of 10 days from order completion date. We will not be able to cancel orders after that time.

General Terms of Service
Anyone participating in spamming will have their IP address permanently banned.
There is only one account allowed per person. Never register more than one account per person. Doing so will get your account permanently banned.
It is prohibited to use proxy servers to access 5DollarGigs.com and/or buy/sell gigs via proxy servers.
If you have a dispute with a seller, use our contact form (see below). Never use PayPal to reverse or request refund of the payment to 5DollarGigs.com . Doing so will put your 5DollarGigs.com account suspended. Always contact our friendly support!
5DollarGigs.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our terms and policies. Users with accounts on hold will not be able to sell or buy on 5DollarGigs.com.
Violation of 5DollarGigs.com Terms of Service may get your account permanently blocked.
Sellers will be able to withdraw their revenues from blocked accounts after a safety period of 45 to 90 days, depending on block reason, from day of last cleared payment received in their account and subject to 5DollarGigs.com approval.
5DollarGigs.com may make changes to its Terms of Service from time to time. When these changes are made, 5DollarGigs.com will make a new copy of the Terms of Service available at http:// 5DollarGigs.com /terms.php
You understand and agree that if you use 5DollarGigs.com after the date on which the Terms of Service have changed, 5DollarGigs.com will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.

Disputes
We encourage our buyers and sellers to resolve issues between themselves. If for any reason this process fails, you can contact us here.
If necessary, refunds will be deposit funds into your 5DollarGigs.com account, not refunded to your PayPal account.
